Along with her established record in developing leadership, strong teams, leading initiatives, and process development, her MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University provides an in-depth, academically sound approach to leadership development.
During her time with Gonzaga University, Kelly also earned her certificate in Servant Leadership. Her approach to leadership development with an emphasis on servant leadership has served clients through her work in learning and process development in the mortgage industry, developing small business and increasing profitability during her time working with franchisees, and through the years as a facilitator, executive coach and keynote speaker.
Kelly is known for her passion for people, her established record in developing leadership, strong teams, leading initiatives, process development, her passion, and intentionality for greatness. She enjoys traveling anywhere where she can find good food, good people and an opportunity to make a difference. Based outside of Washington DC in Northern Virginia, Kelly loves coming home to her family where they spend a lot of time outside and catching Seahawks games on TV.
