She is a dynamic leader with extensive leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies, including Texas Instruments, Inc. (TI) and IBM, and skills in developing individuals and organizations for high performance impact. As Marla progressed as a leader in her career, she was offered several opportunities to network with and advise others along the way. It was through these networking and informal mentoring opportunities that she began to understand her true call in life. Marla realized she had a strong aspiration to help people move their lives in a direction of true life-long fulfillment through understanding their talents and assisting them in designing and executing a strategy to live on purpose. Marla is a life long learner, which is evident in her pursuit of higher education. Her advanced education includes a MBA and a MS in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching.
