Professional: For almost 40 years, I have developed, coached and led both women and men in various leadership roles and teams as part of one of the largest, non-profit organizations in the world. My primary focus in recent years has been leadership development with working moms, helping them find their sweet spot that combines their passions and experiences. I have led teams as well as coached hundreds of people in multiple countries and contexts. “I connect with others to help them discover they matter.”
Why I Love What I Do: I love the work I am able to do with CoreClarity because it give such a clear and practical way for folks to see how amazing they are and to begin to have tracks to develop their strengths so they can experience joy and fulfillment in being the very best person that they are! Each person is valuable and unique and has so much to offer the world and I love to help them tap in that in order to thrive at home and in their work. My maximizer and connectedness talents help me to be a cheerleader for others to experience their fullest potential. My harmony, empathy and adaptability talents enable me to sense the some of the feelings others might be processing their strengths journey.
Up Close & Personal: I love to create pretty places, capture meaningful moments, and explore new places. We always have an extra place at our table to welcome folks into our home. Spending time with friends and especially my family (two married daughters and 4 grandchildren) brings me great joy.
