“Don't just do what you're able to do; figure out what you were made to do, then do lots of that.” - Bob Goff

Travel Distance: Unlimited (expenses must be covered)

Industry: Coaching & Consulting, Athletics, Education, Faith-based, Marriage & Family, Health & Wellness

Specialty | Focus: Team Culture, Relationships, Conflict Resolution - I help create a healthy, dynamic culture which optimizes total team performance by encouraging each individual to play to their strengths.

Professional: I have spent over 30 years teaching, training, and mentoring people in personal growth and development. Currently:

  • I am a volunteer assistant coach for women’s indoor and beach volleyball at a local university.

  • I work with high school Jr and Sr students in a Peer Leadership class at a local public high school.

  • I volunteer with my husband at Athletes in Action – an international Christian sports organization helping set up ministry and training at global events, where I worked with college athletes for almost 30 years.

I have also worked as a health coach, an administrative assistant, and as an early childhood learning resource specialist. Everything I have done and continue to do has been from a desire to help people be the best, most authentic, and fulfilled version of themselves, as God created them to be.

Why I Love What I Do: My passion is to encourage and equip people to thrive in their "sweet spot". There is nothing better than seeing people understand their own uniqueness and value as well as those around them. It brings freedom, energy, and purpose.

Up Close & Personal: An ideal day off for me would be spent at the beach – paddleboarding, playing volleyball, reading - with friends and/or my husband and 3 grown kids – all while being in a new place, preferably international, ending the day with some great new food and a beautiful sunset.
