A 5 time published business author, certified speaking professional and coach, she helps companies and individuals develop and implement transformational change. Niki is also the co-founder, executive producer of the award winning McCuistion TV program now in its 29th year on PBS TV.

Up Close & Personal: Niki has a son and daughter and five grandchildren living all over the globe. Traveling internationally, making new friends wherever she goes and writing, video-documenting and photographing their stories are her passion. As often as possible she cooks with friends. An input learner she collects, books art and artifacts that also tell a story.
