Professional: I have over 35 years of experience leading, growing and developing teams to drive business results and increase job satisfaction. I’m known as a "turnaround specialist" who can transform a team from marginal contributors to high performers, from one with low morale to one with extraordinary team feedback results. My deep passion for helping people reach their professional and personal goals has served as the foundation for developing trust and creating strong, lasting relationships. I currently serve as Market Practice Director for PwC’s Managed Services business. I’ve been with the Firm for over 25 years in various business development and marketing roles in North Texas and New York City. I received my coaching certification from Hudson Institute of Coaching in 2018, and I currently hold a PCC accreditation. I’m also a CoreClarity certified facilitator and have coached individuals and/or facilitated team training for over 3500 people at PwC and beyond.

Why I Love What I Do: Being one of the first facilitators certified by CoreClarity, I have watched the organization flourish over the years. CC has built tools that help people understand their talents in deep and meaningful ways. The curriculum leads participants through exercises that truly bring people's talents to life for them. I think CoreClarity provides the best structure for people to know and love their talents...and to use them to empower their lives and the lives of those around them.

Up Close & Personal: I’m a proud native Texan with a thirst for learning about other cultures. I love to explore new places near and far, enjoy great food and wine, test my athletic limits, enjoy the outdoors, read, and tackle puzzles and word games. I live in Montana during the summer to indulge my passions of fly fishing and hiking as much as work will allow. I get fulfillment from contributing to the community and making others’ lives better, and have been active on nonprofit boards of directors and within my church throughout my adult life.
