Most recently, she created her role as the Vice President of Seasonal Planning at Golfsmith International. As the world’s largest specialty golf retailer (operating as Golfsmith in the U.S. and Golf Town in Canada), the company consistently challenges Debbie with exciting opportunities including establishing the Marketing Planning and Operations department in late 2012. With a natural expertise for planning and building, Debbie’s tenacity drives her foresight and vision. Previously, she established and led the retail efforts for Lennox through Lennox PartsPlus; a new approach for the industry that focused on building a brand and expanding market share in parts and supplies. She was also part of the executive team in Partnership Marketing at Blockbuster Inc. focused on negotiations, strategic selling and partner relations with leading brands such as MasterCard, AOL and The Coca-Cola Company.

Thanks to her passion for sailing, Debbie is known for having an even keel and keen listening skills. She loves helping others navigate through the somewhat choppy waters of work and life.

Up Close & Personal: I am an accomplished sailor, bareboat chartering in the Caribbean, Greece, Tonga and The Grenadines. I’ve also competed at the local, National and International level at the International Women’s Keelboat Championship in Annapolis, MD.
