Professional: Shane has spent the past 20 years working with people to optimize their contribution to their team and find personal fulfillment. Throughout his 20 years in church leadership, he has worked with small business owners, corporate executives in Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. He has built and managed teams with the mission of the organization as the chief objective. Shane enjoys a good challenge and will coach people and teams to discover creative solutions collaboratively. He is a lifelong student of leadership and organizational life exhibiting strengths in the areas of team dynamics, interpersonal skills, leadership coaching, transition and conflict resolution. Shane seeks to provide individuals and organizations with the necessary building blocks for success through values, mission and vision strategies. He has served on non-profit foundation boards and has a talent for transitioning organizations into their stated mission and desired future. Shane did his undergraduate work at Azusa Pacific University in California, holds a Masters of Divinity at Princeton, and earned a doctorate from George Fox University in Portland, Oregon. Focusing on collaborative team dynamics and leadership, his dissertation focused on leadership for the emerging culture.

Up Close & Personal: Shane lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Jennifer. They have 3 daughters who teach them new things everyday. Shane is ready to challenge you to want to challenge your team and yourself in every area of life!
