Up Close & Personal: Whether journaling or working on a new book, I enjoy writing. It inspires and centers me. Being in nature is also a real enjoyment. Just feeling the sun and listening to the wind, or water, or scurrying critters can open up my senses to a creativity that tends to get shut down in the day to day busyness. Conversations over coffee with good friends are also a favorite.
