Experience: 36 years in public education as a science teacher, football coach, and secondary principal; 15 years as a pastor; 4 years as Chaplain for Texas Department of Criminal Justice; 6 years as a professional keynote speaker; In 2008, established a Dropout Prevention Program recognized by Texas School Business magazine in 2010 as the best in the state of Texas; Outstanding Principal of the Year for Ector County ISD in 1994, Outstanding Principal of the Year for the Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD in 2008.

Why I Love What I Do: The self-discovery foundational teachings of CoreClarity is one of the greatest gifts to humanity. I love seeing the look on the participants' faces when they come to the realization, after a CoreClarity Personal Discovery Workshop, of how amazingly gifted they truly are.

Up Close & Personal: I enjoy working out, watching movies (westerns, Seal Team and other action movies), speaking to college and high school football teams.

Special Honors: Served as a member of the football staff at Permian High School in Odessa, Texas during the era of “Friday Nights Lights” the book, the movie, and the television series; Recognized as State Champions in 1989 and 1991; named National Champions in 1989 by the Associated Press and ESPN; named Team of the Decade in 1989 by the Associated Press with a record of 122-11-6; coached the North All-Star Football Team as an assistant in 1988.
