Anna has designed and managed employee, leadership and executive development programs; led nationwide organizational change efforts, and developed innovative technology applications for learning and communications. Her extensive facilitation experience employs methodologies such as Appreciative Inquiry, World Café, Future Search, and tools for team building and strategic planning. She is also a communicator skilled in clearly presenting complex information to diverse audiences: writing and editing, platform delivery, conference planning, speech writing, presentations from small group to conference keynotes, and media relations/public affairs.

Up Close & Personal: Outside of work (which Anna also loves), she enjoys traveling whenever and wherever possible, hiking, camping, bicycling with her husband on their tandem, curling up with a stack of books and good music, tinkering in the kitchen for family and friends, gardening, and catering to the family feline. Anna is also active in several community and professional associations. Her many loves: music, theater, art, dance, literature, poetry (even writing it sometimes), good films, storytelling and laughing–lots of laughing.
