Why I Love What I Do: I love the effectiveness that comes from understanding oneself and others better and building on that to help teams work successfully together. 

Up Close & Personal: I lived in Brazil for six years and speak Portuguese. I love to travel internationally, especially if there's a good beach to visit. I love doing home improvement projects with my husband, I am mom to three bilingual kids, and I make amazing chocolate chip cookies.
