Professional: I have completed a corporate career of over 30 years as an engineer, people manager, program manager, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where I was recognized as an outstanding personnel manager, a certified Lean Six Sigma facilitator, and was selected as a top 25 "Go To Person" in an organization of over 3000 employees.

I am an accomplished public speaker, who has completed the Toastmasters International Distinguished Toastmaster level of accomplishment as well as a speaker at a TEDx event in Sunnyvale, CA.

I have two advanced degrees, a Certificate of Theological Studies from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University and a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, to go along with two undergraduate degrees from Purdue University.

I have been married for over 30 years to my wife Teresa; have 3 children, Rachel, Ryan, and Reid, along with 2 grandchildren, Henri and Alicia.

Up Close & Personal: I am a half marathoner who has completed 4 full marathons and the Pikes Peak Ascent, as well as an avid baseball fan who has been to 23 current MLB ballparks (and 27 of the 30 MLB teams counting previous ballparks).
