Professional: Victoria’s experience in private sector included leadership positions within Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance, MetLife Insurance and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Minnesota. Victoria played key roles in talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and performance management consulting to senior executives.

Victoria has seven years of federal experience as an Executive Coach and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. She established the FAA Organizational Effectiveness Team within Federal Aviation Administration Human Development department (FAA-AHD) and provides coaching and organizational effectiveness (strategic planning, change management, organizational alignment) programs. She has coached and consulted with members of the Senior Executive Service and Political Appointees across federal agencies (Executive Office of the President EOP, FDA, DOE.)

Victoria has a B.A. in Education from Augustana College and an M.B.A. from St. Thomas University, St. Paul Minnesota. She is credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF.) and is CoreClarity facilitator and coach.
