Professional: Prior to becoming the Managing Principal at The Janus Company, a boutique consulting firm specializing in organization transformation in 1996, I was Vice President at Organization Dynamics, Inc., an international consulting and organization development firm. I worked extensively with senior executives of large global organizations in transformational projects. My consulting career began at Kepner-Tregoe, an international organization development consulting firm. There I worked with senior executives in formulating strategy and decision making, R&D organizations in developing effective project management processes, and manufacturing organizations to resolve product defects.

Up Close & Personal: Cambridge is a vital city filled with interesting places to explore, which my husband and I love to do. We have a little Boston Terrier who we love to take on long walks throughout the city. Patriots fan, Red Sox fan and love to go to the theatre.
