While her day to day job is leading the operations at National Breast Cancer Foundation, she loves working with companies, teams and executives to unlock their personal and professional growth opportunities, as well as influence and improve team dynamics.

Why I Love What I Do: The strengths based training is unlike anything I have experienced in learning about what motivates people and what makes them tick. The response I see from all different types of people at feeling seen and valued for what they bring to the table lights a fire under me, and I love being able to share that with others!

Up Close & Personal: Love to run, travel, and experience new things! We are FC Dallas season ticket holders, as well as Broadway Musical season ticket members. Faith and my family are very important to me.
