Professional: Jill has over 20 years of experience working with and coaching individuals in the educational, athletic, outdoor, non-profit, and professional arenas. Jill graduated from Miami University in Ohio with a degree in Exercise Science. While at Miami, she competed in collegiate swimming and, after graduating, spent 2 more years serving as the assistant coach for the university’s women’s swim team.
For the next 18 years, She devoted her time working for one of the world's largest charity organizations where she gained experience leading various teams, training others, and mentoring youth. Her job took her back and forth between Colorado and Ohio, as well as internationally to Chili, New Zealand, and Fiji. Her favorite place to live is still Colorado where she grew up. In the past 20 years, Jill has counted over 40 teams that she has had a privilege to have led or been a part of. The wisdom and insight she has gained from working alongside so many unique individuals, in many different contexts, is priceless.
In 2016, she started her own Life Coaching Business called Radiate, LLC. She is a passionate cheerleader of others, eagerly wanting to help them learn and grow.
Why I Love What I Do: I absolutely love taking people through the CoreClarity material because I know that they will leave knowing more about themselves and their unique gifts and talents. It’s a life-changing experience showing others how their talents are working for and against them in their personal and professional lives.
Up Close & Personal: Jill lives in Colorado and loves spending time with her husband and two boys as well as her extended family and friends. She enjoys hosting events at her house, swimming, skiing, soccer, being outdoors hiking, and camping. Other hobbies include reading, journaling (often in unique coffee shops alongside her husband), eating good food, and listening to music.
