Professional: I was born in Southern CA, raised in WI, and reside in FL. I received by BA in Marketing from the Univ. of WI Eau Claire. The next 24 years I was a missionary with Cru / Campus Crusade for Christ in Fargo, ND - Minneapolis, MN - and Orlando, FL. During that time I married, minstered alongside and to university students, and have two daughters (Girl Dad). In 2023 our marriage ended & so did our ministry career. My last 15 years in Cru I was an internal coach & consultant to help our staff find their best role fit where my primary tool was CoreClarity. I launched Resonate Today in early 2024.

Why I Love What I Do: When a client or team lights up with realization of new discoveries which will take them forward toward the person or team they want to be. I personally and professionally live for that!
