Her experience covers elementary through adult education and program development and administration. She has 20 years of professional Human Resources experience in a large corporation, where she provided HR general support as well as Training and Development for a worldwide organization of over 1,000 people. As a consultant, she has provided coaching and facilitation for educational programs for local industry, as well as volunteering these skills for non-profit organizations and schools in the area.

How their talents come together in a unique combination that both explains and challenges people to be their very best is what brings me my greatest passion. I enjoy the 1:1 experience, but just as important and rewarding is helping companies and teams unlock some of their greatest potential just by discovering and mobilizing un-tapped potential in the form of talents in their current teams! Up Close & Personal: Deborah has 2 adopted children (now grown) and one adopted granddaughter. She loves spending time with family, playing games, hosting “game night” with family and friends. She’s a big (hot) yoga enthusiast and an avid reader of mysteries and legal fiction.
