Amy is also the President and Founder of XSite Modular, a prefabrication consulting and program management firm. XSite is focused on enabling and optimizing the use of off-site and prefabrication in large, complex, technology-embedded buildings. Amy’s expertise allows clients to achieve their desired program and design while attaining the maximum benefits of prefabrication.
Amy is an Alumna of the prestigious Harvard Business School and a graduate of the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She is often quoted as an industry thought leader and has been featured in several national publications. She has been recognized as one of New Jersey, USA’s Top 40 under 40 by NJ BIZ magazine and Top 50 Most Influential Women in Real Estate.
Why I Love What I Do: CoreClarity is a survival tool! Working with different personalities from metrics-driven owners, to old-school builders, artistic architects and analytical engineers is a challenge. New innovations like prefabrication is hard to implement with all these viewpoints. CoreClarity assists Amy and XSite to understand and communicate with individuals and create high-performing teams.
Up Close & Personal: Amy Marks is a former competitive rugby player which is how she met her husband. She is a highly sought after chairperson and speaker at many international conferences on construction while still being a mom and coach to the AYC third-ranked competitive cheer team in the US including her 8-year-old daughter Mackenzie. Amy was also appointed by the Government of Singapore to a position on an International Panel of Experts focused on Construction and Productivity.
