Professional: Ajai Singh is an international coach with thirty years of business experience. He is a former senior corporate executive who is passionately involved in the helping individuals and teams attain their latent potential. Ajai is certified in over 100 assessments.

As a facilitator, he is focused on participants making the most of their training and then supporting them in implementation so that theory is put to practice. His focus is on helping others develop the capability to reach their potential both personally and professionally.

For the last nine years, Ajai has been an independent consultant. In his practice, he works in a variety of settings with individuals and executives in one-on-one and team situations. His programs include leadership, sales, team capacity building, and organizational change and renewal. Ajai is playing an active role in setting up the Indian Coach Foundation, a nonprofit coaching fraternity in India and South East Asia.

Prior to beginning his consulting practice, his career included working for as a Management Consultant with Administrative Staff College of India; Philips Electronics in Sales management; Corona-Puma in retail; and serving as Chief Operating Officer of Modi Films and Chief Executive of Modi Entertainment, where he was responsible for establishing The Walt Disney Company in India. Ajai was also the Managing Director of AchieveGlobal India.

Ajai is a compulsive learner. He has an MBA, has one doctoral thesis submitted and is currently working on his second doctoral dissertation. Ajai lives in a suburb of Mumbai, India, but works internationally coaching people in more than twenty countries from Australia, to Brazil, Portugal, Russia, Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
