2. After taking the assessment, your next step is to download the Individual Excellence Sheet (see template below).

Your excellence sheet is made up of your identity, with your temperament on the front side (from your CliftonStrengths assessment results) and your character on the back. I’ve included my excellence sheet below as an example.

Now you are ready to begin the Significant Leadership Program.

Through the Significant Leadership Program, you will use your excellence sheet to build your character, harness your temperament, and elevate your performance.
